Overview

AVA for Agencies is designed to help marketing firms, sales agencies, and service providers offer powerful AI-driven voice services to their clients — without the overhead of hiring full sales or support teams. As an agency, you’ll have access to a master admin dashboard where you can create, manage, and customize individual client accounts (called subaccounts), distribute call credits, and monitor campaign results across all your clients.

This guide walks you through the initial steps to get started as an agency partner, including:

  • How to create your agency account
  • How to onboard your first client subaccount
  • Choosing the right plan for your use case

💡 Why choose the Agency plan?
The agency structure is built for scalability. It lets you manage multiple clients from one central place, apply shared or individual billing models, and offer branded AI voice agents as part of your service packages.

Creating Your Agency Account

To begin using AVA as an agency, you’ll first create your agency account by selecting a plan and completing your account setup. After account creation, you’ll be prompted to connect your GoHighLevel (GHL) agency account, which establishes your primary AVA subaccount.

⚠️ Important:
The first GHL account you connect will define your primary subaccount. Additional subaccounts for clients can be added later from your Agency Dashboard.

Account Setup Process

1

Sign Up and Choose Your Plan

  • Visit thinkrr.ai and click “Get Instant Access”.
  • Choose your preferred Agency Plan (refer to Plans & Pricing for plan options).
  • Complete the payment and checkout process.
2

Set Up Your Account via Email Invite

  • After completing the checkout, you will receive an email invitation to set up your AVA account.
  • Click the “Set Your Password” button in the email to create your login password.
  • Once your password is set, you will be redirected to the AVA Dashboard.
3

Connect Your GoHighLevel Agency Account

  • After logging into AVA for the first time, the system will prompt you to connect your GHL account.
  • Click “Connect GoHighLevel” when prompted.
  • Authorize AVA to access your GHL agency account.
  • The connected GHL agency account will become your primary AVA subaccount.

🧠 Why does this matter?
Your primary GHL account sets the foundation for your agency’s AVA environment. Each GHL subaccount represents a separate AVA subaccount where you can deploy inbound agents, outbound projects, and automations.

4

Add Subaccounts via the Account Manager

  • Log in at ava.thinkrr.ai using your agency credentials.
  • From the left-hand menu, navigate to “Account Manager” to view your connected subaccounts, usage statistics, and balance details.
  • Click “Add Sub-Accounts” (availability depends on your agency plan limits).
  • In the pop-up window, select the GoHighLevel subaccount you’d like to activate in AVA.
  • Choose the email address for the password setup email:
    • Use your client’s email if they will manage the subaccount.
    • Use your own email if you will manage the subaccount on their behalf.
  • The selected email will receive a link to set a new password for logging into the subaccount.
  • Once the password is set, the subaccount is fully activated and ready to be configured.

🧠 Note:
Each AVA subaccount corresponds directly to a GHL subaccount. After activation, you can assign agents, launch projects, and configure scenarios specific to each client.
