Accept Your Invite & Set Up Your Account
After purchasing your agency plan:
Choose a Phone Number
You’ll start by selecting a phone number for your voice agent:
Choose from existing numbers (if any)
Or click “Create New Number”
Connect Your GoHighLevel Agency Account
Click “Connect” to begin the GHL integration:
⚠️ Important:
You must connect your primary agency account in GoHighLevel — this will also serve as your primary subaccount in AVA.
Make sure you are connecting the correct GHL account you plan to operate your agency from. All client subaccounts created later will branch from this root account.
Review Installation Settings
Once connected, you’ll be directed to an installation screen:
You’ll then see two final setup checkboxes:
Click Proceed, then Finish GHL Setup after confirming the green success checkmark.
⚠️ Reminder:
Ensure you are still connected to your primary agency subaccount before clicking Finish GHL Setup — this sets the foundation for your entire Ava workspace.
