Getting Started with Your Agency Workspace

Accept Your Invite & Set Up Your Account

After purchasing your agency plan:

  • Check your inbox for an email from AVA

  • Click the “Set Your Password” link to create your login credentials
    This will take you to the Ava onboarding environment, where you’ll complete your initial setup.

Choose a Phone Number

You’ll start by selecting a phone number for your voice agent:

  • Choose from existing numbers (if any)

  • Or click “Create New Number”

    • Enter your area code
    • Select a number from the list

    • Confirm and continue

Connect Your GoHighLevel Agency Account

Click “Connect” to begin the GHL integration:

  • Authorize AVA to access your GHL agency account

⚠️ Important:
You must connect your primary agency account in GoHighLevel — this will also serve as your primary subaccount in AVA.
Make sure you are connecting the correct GHL account you plan to operate your agency from. All client subaccounts created later will branch from this root account.

Review Installation Settings

Once connected, you’ll be directed to an installation screen:

  • Review required permissions (custom actions, automation triggers, system access)
  • Approve everything needed for full campaign functionality
  • Click Next to proceed

You’ll then see two final setup checkboxes:

  • ✅ Install Ava under all locations in your primary GHL workspace
  • ✅ Enable automatic installation of future updates

Click Proceed, then Finish GHL Setup after confirming the green success checkmark.

⚠️ Reminder:
Ensure you are still connected to your primary agency subaccount before clicking Finish GHL Setup — this sets the foundation for your entire Ava workspace.

Explore the AVA Agency Dashboard

After completing setup, you’ll land in the Ava dashboard.

The interface provides:

  • Toggle between subaccounts as your client list grows
  • Available for Lite and Unlimited plans (Kickstart = 1 subaccount only)

  • Add new subaccounts and connect Stripe

Contacts

  • Manage contact lists manually, via CSV, or synced from CRM
  • Use for outbound campaign targeting

Call History

  • View detailed logs of inbound and outbound calls
  • Filter by channel, date, and status for audit or review

  • Assign numbers to Inbound Agents or use in Outbound Projects

  • Monitor your agency wallet and subscription status
