Thinkrr provides agencies with scalable infrastructure to serve multiple clients through sub-accounts, flexible billing models, and optional add-ons for branding and setup support.

Every account also receives 1,000 one-time test credits when it is created, used for AVA and test calls. Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, and purchased credits never expire. For details, see Credit Pricing.

Terms & Definitions

  • Account Manager Admin portal to manage Sub-accounts and users, monitor credit balances, and track your earnings.
  • Sub-accounts Additional client accounts linked to the agency.
    • Kickstart → 1 sub-account
    • Lite → 3 sub-accounts
    • Unlimited → Unlimited sub-accounts
  • Credits The credit balance available to each Sub-account, shown in the Sub-Accounts table.
  • Credits Sold to Sub-Accounts Total credits purchased by your Sub-accounts.
  • Your Earnings Profit earned this month from the margin on your Sub-accounts’ credit purchases.
  • Your Current Margin The percentage added to the base price when Sub-accounts buy credits. It is set in Profile Settings > Billing under Margin, and applies to new sales.
  • Don’t Apply Markup
    Overrides the margin and charges the Sub-account the base price of $0.01 per credit.

Subscription Start Date

  • Establishes your billing cycle.
  • The date your subscription credits reset is shown under Subscription credits in Profile Settings > Billing.

Metrics Tracked

  • Credits: Credit balance of each Sub-account.
  • Credits Sold to Sub-Accounts: Total credits purchased by Sub-accounts.
  • Your Earnings: Profit earned this month.
  • Credit Usage: Credits used, daily average, and busiest day, shown in Profile Settings > Usage.

Agency Profit Calculation

Agency Profit FormulaProfit = (Price paid by the Sub-account − Base price) × Credits purchasedThe agency is billed the base price of $0.01 per credit. The margin, a percentage set in Profile Settings > Billing > Margin under Your rate, is added on top for Sub-accounts. Business thinkrr accounts are designed for direct use, with no need to manage sub-accounts. Users only need to monitor their own credit usage. To view your balance, manage consumption, or purchase additional credits, check the section below.

Payment & Credit Management

Open Profile Settings

Hover over your profile name in the bottom-left corner and click Profile Settings.

Open the Billing Tab

Click Billing to view your credit balance, including your subscription, purchased, and test credits.

Choose a Credit Package and Buy

In the Recharge section, select $25, $50, $100, or $200 and click Buy. Credits cost $0.01 each, never expire, and are non-refundable once bought.

Turn On Auto-Recharge

In the Auto-recharge section, switch the toggle to On so your account is automatically topped up when credits run low—this helps avoid interruptions in service.

Choose the Threshold and Amount

Select the credit balance that triggers a recharge and how much to add each time.
While optional, auto-recharge is highly recommended to prevent running out of credits unexpectedly.

Canceling Your Plan

To cancel your subscription, navigate to Profile Settings and follow the steps below:

Access Profile Settings

Hover over your profile name in the bottom-left corner and click Profile Settings.

Locate the Cancel Option

In the General section, scroll to the bottom-left and click Cancel Subscription.

Provide Cancellation Feedback

Select a reason from the list or provide custom feedback. This information is recorded internally for reporting purposes.

Confirm Cancellation

Click Cancel My Subscription to finalize.A confirmation pop-up will appear. You’ll have the option to immediately reactivate, freeze, or downgrade your subscription if you change your mind.You’ll also receive an email confirming the cancellation.
ℹ️ Note:
After cancellation, your account and all included benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You’ll retain access to all features until the renewal date.
⚠️ Warning:
Once the primary account is canceled, all associated sub-accounts will also be canceled. Sub-account users will no longer be able to log in.

Freezing or Pausing Your Account

If you’re not ready to cancel entirely, you can choose to freeze your account instead. This activates a Keep Access Plan at a reduced rate.

  • Kickstart Users: $4.99/month
  • Keeps all agents, projects, and setup intact
  • No new agents or clients can be added while frozen
  • Can be reactivated instantly at any time
This option appears automatically during cancellation as an alternative to full account termination.

Subscription Plans

Credit Management & Rollover Rules

Subscription credits included with your plan reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Actions that consume credits stop until you add more. Credits cost $0.01 each and can be purchased in Profile Settings > Billing in packages of $25 (2,500 credits), $50 (5,000 credits), $100 (10,000 credits), and $200 (20,000 credits). You can also turn on auto-recharge to top up automatically.

Purchasing Credits

Yes. Purchased credits never expire and carry over from month to month, including through plan changes.
The agency’s margin is added on top of the base price of $0.01 per credit. The sub-account receives the full number of credits in the package and pays the base price plus the margin. Sub-accounts see the package prices, not the margin percentage.

Account Switching

You can view call history, credit balances, and usage details for sub-accounts.
