Configuration & Setup

Scenarios are prebuilt conversational flows that determine how AVA interacts with your callers. Each Scenario outlines the logic your AI agent will follow — for example, qualifying leads, booking appointments, or leaving voicemails. You can select from templates or customize your own.
  • Inbound agents are configured in the Home screen section and are designed to handle incoming calls as your virtual receptionist.
  • Outbound projects are created under Outbound Projects, where you select a Scenario and define a contact list for AVA to call.
AVA requires Twilio-connected phone numbers for full functionality. Lead Connector numbers are not supported. Make sure your Twilio account is properly integrated before launching your campaigns.
Calendar integration is optional depending on the scenario chosen, but necessary if your Scenario involves appointment scheduling. AVA can sync with tools like Google Calendar or Outlook to manage bookings, send confirmations, and handle reschedules automatically via CRMs such as GHL.
