Customizable User Input Fields:
Users can configure the following fields:
- Initial Greeting: Pre-filled with a friendly and professional opening statement.
- Introduction: Pre-filled with a basic introduction about the company or representative.
- Reason for Appointment: Why the meeting is being scheduled.
- Meeting Value Proposition: What the contact stands to gain by attending the meeting.
- Company Name: The name of the business being represented.
- Profession: The role or profession of the representative.
- Representative Name: The name of the person or team the AI is calling on behalf of.
- Qualification Questions:
- Up to 8 questions with configurable question types:
- Disqualification Questions: Used to disqualify leads based on predefined answers.

Workflow:
- The AI asks the configured qualification questions during the call.
- If the contact provides an answer that matches a disqualification response, the AI politely ends the call without booking.
- If the contact answers all questions successfully, the AI schedules a meeting as per the user’s preferences.
The Scenario has been built and pre-configured to make it as simple as possible for a user to tailor and initiate a campaign with minimal setup. This Scenario is adaptable and only takes a few lines of text to get going.
Remember that Scenarios are defined at the Project level, and every Campaign inherits the pre-filled fields from the Project, which means every Campaign can have different information in the input boxes, allowing you to tailor communications per Campaign to align with your customer/client or business needs.
