The Qualification Scheduler builds upon the Standard Scheduler by adding a customizable qualification layer, allowing businesses to filter leads efficiently. Let’s take a look.

Key Features

  1. Purpose:

    • To qualify contacts before scheduling a meeting.
    • Disqualifies leads who do not meet predefined criteria.
    • Captures relevant lead information to enhance subsequent conversations.
  2. Customizable User Input Fields:

Users can configure the following fields:

    • Initial Greeting: Pre-filled with a friendly and professional opening statement.
    • Introduction: Pre-filled with a basic introduction about the company or representative.
    • Reason for Appointment: Why the meeting is being scheduled.
    • Meeting Value Proposition: What the contact stands to gain by attending the meeting.
    • Company Name: The name of the business being represented.
    • Profession: The role or profession of the representative.
    • Representative Name: The name of the person or team the AI is calling on behalf of.
    • Qualification Questions:
      • Up to 8 questions with configurable question types:
        • Disqualification Questions: Used to disqualify leads based on predefined answers.
        • Capture Questions: Collect information that can enhance future sales conversations.
    • Default Meeting Duration: The standard time allocated for meetings.
    • Alternative Meeting Duration: An optional duration offered to the contact.
    • Location of Meeting: The physical or virtual meeting location.
    • Calendar: The connected calendar the AI will use to schedule appointments.
  3. Workflow:

    • The AI asks the configured qualification questions during the call.
    • If the contact provides an answer that matches a disqualification response, the AI politely ends the call without booking.
    • If the contact answers all questions successfully, the AI schedules a meeting as per the user’s preferences.

The Scenario has been built and pre-configured to make it as simple as possible for a user to tailor and initiate a campaign with minimal setup. This Scenario is adaptable and only takes a few lines of text to get going.

Remember that Scenarios are defined at the Project level, and every Campaign inherits the pre-filled fields from the Project, which means every Campaign can have different information in the input boxes, allowing you to tailor communications per Campaign to align with your customer/client or business needs.

Example Configurations

  1. Disqualification Question:
    • Question: “Are you at least 18 years old?”
    • Disqualification Answer: “No, I am younger than 18.”
  2. Capture Question:
    • Question: “What is your current business revenue?”
    • Answer: The AI captures the contact’s response for future reference.
  3. Meeting Value Proposition:
    • Example 1: “Learn how our software can save your business 10 hours a week by automating manual tasks.”
    • Example 2: “Discover strategies to scale your business and increase profit margins.”
