  • Inbound agents are configured in the Home screen section and are designed to handle incoming calls as your virtual receptionist.
  • Outbound projects are created under Outbound Projects, where you select a Scenario and define a contact list for **thinkrr **to call.
Thinkrr supports local numbers purchased directly through Thinkrr or through Twilio integration. Lead Connector numbers are not supported. Ensure your selected number is linked correctly before launching your campaigns.
Calendar integration is optional depending on the scenario chosen, but necessary if your Scenario involves appointment scheduling. Thinkrr can sync with tools like Google Calendar or Outlook to manage bookings, send confirmations, and handle reschedules automatically via CRMs such as GHL.
