- Each Secondary Sub-account: 200 minutes/month
- All minutes are non-stackable (reset monthly)
Distribution Rules
- Agencies can distribute Primary minutes via the Agency Dashboard
- Minimum of 200 minutes must always remain in the Primary Sub-account
- Allocations take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
- Allocated values repeat monthly unless updated
- No mid-cycle reallocation permitted
Distribution Formula
To calculate available minutes for distribution, use the formula below:
Formula:
Available Minutes for Distribution = Primary Sub-account Balance - 200
Subscription Start Date
- Establishes each Sub-account’s billing cycle
- Renewal date shown in Monthly Overview
Metrics Tracked
- Wallet Balance: Dollar value of remaining minutes
- Spent Amount: Total purchase cost this period
- Allocated Minutes: Default + distributed total
Agency Profit Calculation
To calculate agency profit, use the following formula:
(Markup - Base Price) * Total Purchased Minutes
Example Calculation:
- Markup = $0.30 per minute
- Base Price = $0.18 per minute
- Purchased Minutes = 100 minutes
Profit Calculation:
(0.30 - 0.18) * 100 = $12
