Available exclusively on Agency Unlimited and Agency Partner plans, this feature enables businesses to replace thinkrr.ai branding with their own company identity, product name, domain, and email settings for a seamless, professional client experience.
It is important to note that white labeling is an all-or-nothing feature; users must configure all branding options to fully apply white labeling. There is no partial white labeling option.
The White Labeling settings are located in the White Label menu within AVA (visible only to eligible plans). The feature is divided into three configuration sections:
Branding – Customize logos, product names, and color themes.
Domain – Configure a custom URL to replace ava.thinkrr.ai.
Email – Set a custom email domain for all platform-related communications.
Similarly to resetting your domain, you can reset your email address after submission — this is irreversible and will require restarting the configuration process.
Resetting your sender email removes your current setup and requires reconfiguration from the start.
2
Add CNAME Records for Email Configuration
After submitting your email, three sets of CNAME records will be provided.
These records must be added to your email service provider (e.g., Google Workspace, GoDaddy, SendGrid).
The CNAME records handle domain authentication and email deliverability.
3
Verify Your Email Domain
After updating your DNS settings, click Verify in AVA.
Once verified, all system emails (including password resets and notifications) will originate from your custom email domain.
4
Completion Confirmation
After successful verification, you will receive confirmation for both your email and domain configuration.
At this point, your white-labeled app setup is complete.
White Labeling allows agencies to fully brand the AVA Voice AI platform as their own. This includes replacing logos, colors, domain, and email settings with your business identity for a seamless client experience.
White Labeling is available on the Agency Unlimited and Agency Partner plans only. If you’re on a different plan, the White Label menu will not be visible.
